Terms and Conditions for On-line Bookings

1. Your booking is not transferable and may not be resold or passed to others. In the event that your ticket is resold or transferred to another party, it may be voided and entry to the event refused.
2. You may cancel your booking and ask for a refund by writing to us or e-mailing us within 7 working days of the date of your booking and no later than 28 days before the event is due to take place. Cancellations and refunds outside of these limits will be considered but may not be possible.
3. Your booking is a firm commitment and it may not be possible to amend it once made.
4. Your booking entitles one person or family group to entrance to the event. If more than one person or family group presents the details shown on this booking, they and any other persons or family groups presenting the same details may be refused entry or asked to leave.
5. In the unlikely circumstance that the event does not take place on the date specified, you may be offered an alternative date. If no alternative date is available or the alternative date offered is not acceptable to you, your booking will be cancelled and a full refund made.

Refunds and cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled and your booking fee refunded by writing to us or e-mailing us within 7 working days of the date shown on the booking AND no later than 28 days before the date of the fair. Write to us at: The Fairyland Trust, Fairy Fair Bookings, 12 Jolly Sailor Yard, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, NR23 1LA . Please be sure to include your name, address and booking reference number in your letter or e-mail.

Refunds will not be made if you make a booking but then do not or cannot attend the fair.

If the fair does not take place on the date or dates booked because of circumstances beyond our control, you may be offered an alternative date. If no alternative date is available or the alternative date offered is not acceptable to you, your booking will be cancelled and a full refund made.

Other information

Supervision of children

Please note workshops are only suitable for children over 3 years old and some are only suitable for children over 6 (indicated by a 6+ mark on our main website). Please do not book underage children into these workshops as they will not be allowed in on the day. All children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult. Over 6s can be left at your own discretion but all children remain the responsibility of their adults at all times during the workshops. We cannot run the workshops as a crèche.

No dogs

Sorry no dogs except guide dogs allowed at a Fairy Fair either on site or in the car park
