A booking confirmation e-mail containing your booking details is sent when you book and usually arrives within a few minutes. You will also receive
a receipt for your payment from the Worldpay server but this is not the same and does not have all your booking details. We have had several customers who have not received the
confirmation e-mail, usually because their e-mail service has mistakenly marked it as junk mail. This seems to particularly affect users with hotmail addresses.
You do not need your booking confirmation e-mail if you collect and print your ticket straightaway when you book.
If you didn't pick up your ticket and your confirmation e-mail has not arrived after a few hours, please check your junk or spam mail folder. If you still cannot find it,
please e-mail us as soon as possible at . Please include your name, address, telephone number and booking reference number if you have it, so that we can find your booking.
For some people, adding to their address book or permitted sender list will prevent their e-mail system from mistakenly identifying the confirmation e-mail as spam.
Can I pay by cheque or book on the phone?
The advance ticket service is via the web only and payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of booking. We are not able to offer a telephone booking service
or to accept payment by cheque, postal order or cash. If you have not booked in advance, you can pay on the door on the day if there are entrance and workshop tickets still available.
Do I need tickets for under 3s?
Babes and toddlers under 3s do not need entrance tickets. Workshops are for 3 years and older only though.
Can I bring my dog?
No, all dogs, except guide dogs, are not permitted on the site or in the car park.
